Refund / Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Stay Bright Technology (“we”, “our”, “us”) for your technology education and training needs.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, trainings, events, and services purchased through staybrighttech.com or directly from Stay Bright Technology.

1. Course Registrations (Live Online or In-Person Classes)

1.1 Refunds before course start date  
- Full refund if you cancel at least [7–14] days before the scheduled start date.
- [50%] refund if you cancel between [6 and 1] days before the scheduled start date.
- No refund if you cancel on or after the course start date.
- Access to self-paced or on-demand courses is typically granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Because digital content is available instantly, refunds are only available if:
  - You have not completed more than [10%] of the course content, and
  - You request a refund within [7] days of purchase.

2. Workshops, Events, and Seminars

2.1 Cancellations by participant  
- Full refund if you cancel at least [7] days before the event date.

2.2 Cancellations or changes by Stay Bright Technology  
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel an event, you may choose:
  - A full refund, or
  - A transfer to a future class or event.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled class, training, or event and have not provided advance notice in accordance with this policy, no refund will be issued.

Please include your full name, course name, purchase date, and order/transaction ID.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the payment processor and provide documentation of this policy and your enrollment details.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
