Fulfillment / Shipping Policy

Stay Bright Technology primarily provides educational services, including online and in-person training, courses, and workshops. We do not typically ship physical products.

1. Service Fulfillment

1.1 Online courses and trainings  
- For live online classes, you will receive a confirmation email with date, time, and access instructions (e.g., Zoom link, learning portal login) within [1–24] hours after your payment is approved.
- For self-paced or on-demand courses, access is usually granted immediately or within [1–2] hours after payment is confirmed.

1.2 In-person classes and events  
- For in-person trainings and events, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the event location, date, and time.
- Any required materials will either be provided digitally or distributed at the event.

2. Physical Materials (if applicable)

If we ever provide physical course materials (e.g., printed workbooks or merchandise), we will specify shipping terms at checkout, including:

- Estimated processing time  
- Estimated delivery time  
- Shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS)  
- Any applicable shipping fees

3. Non-Delivery or Access Issues

If you do not receive your course access information or confirmation within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately:

4. Location Restrictions

Some programs or services may be restricted based on your location (e.g., time zones, legal restrictions, or provider limitations). Any such restrictions will be indicated on the relevant course or event page.
